Cecilia Hazel Cadore-Protain also known as “Mother & Lillian” of Grand Roy, who resided at Dr. Bell Gouyave, St. John, passed away on Sunday 3rd January, 2021 at the age of 65


She was the wife of: Dennis Protain


Daughter of: Anna Cadore


Mother of: Dale Matthew, Donna “DJ”Chance, Alice Semon Cadore Mitchell and Sallyann Cadore


Step Mother of: Denis Plaza in the USA, Brenda Phillip, Dianne Welcome in Trinidad, Lystra Delma Andrew and Val Alexander


Grand mother of 9 including: Javil Matthew, Lavonne and Yahsoda Cadore, Joshua and Jamond Mitchell and Ken Redhead, Great Grand Mother of: 3


Sister of: Floris Paul, Agnes, Paul, Jacinta and Joseph Cadore and Evadney


Aunt of many including: Shameon, Anisha and Honri Cadore, Kelly Paul and Kishon



Mother-in-law of 4 includng: Renny Matthew and Kelvin “Spice” Chance


Sister-in-law of 10 incl.: Joan Pierre, Jean Protain, Rosa Protain in the UK, and Phillip and Alson Protain, Keith Paul and Jacqueline Cadore


Many cousins other relatives and close friends including: Michael in the USA, Jenny Benjamin, Yvette Samuel, Rev. Pastor Anthony George and Members of the Open Bible Congregation of Grenada and Trinidad, Mr. Ian George and Staff of St. Peters RC, Hon. Privare Funeral Service and Interment



I extend heartfelt condolences to Mr. Protein, Teacher Dale and all the other members of Sis Hazel's family. May God grant added strength and comfort at this time.


Deepest and sincere sympathy to the entire family of Hazel. Stay strong for and with each other. She is sleeping in peace. Hold on to the promise of
God that you will see her again on that glorious day.
