Francis Ann Noel nee Gay also known as “Philma” of Belmont, Carriacou,  passed away on Saturday 28th October, 2017 at the age of 56.


She was the Mother of: Vernette Noel, Pharmacist at Gitten’s Grenville, Vernesta Noel Smart former Graduate teacher of Hillsborough Secondary School now employed with the ministry of Carriacou & Petite Martinique Affairs, Vernilia Noel teacher at Bishop College,Vernique Noel Faculty Assistant at the University of Maryland and Vernelle Noel student at Hugh Wooding law school in Trinidad.


Wife of: deceased Vernon Papa Foo-g Noel. Step mother to: Senator Norland Cox, Bernicio & Wyne Cox, Mikey & Kennedy Noel, Keisha, Nisha, Rhonda & Roger Thomas, Daughter of: Deceased Lorina Meta Gay, Close friend of: Michael Charles, Sister of: Winston Mc Intosh, Samuel Gay & Jemma Mc Leod in the U.S.A, Mona Gay and Anslem Gay in Carriacou, Virginia Sunkey Gay and Joseph Gay in the U.K


Grandmother of: Rasheed, Ramona and Rahim Noel and K-Barry Smart, God daughter of: Valda Nimrod and the late Veda Mc Intosh. Mother-inlaw of: Sargent#58 Kenny Smart and Laurie Noel. Nieces of: Jane Gay also known as Tan Jane, Aunt of: Shakura Gay, Niel, Kim, Mahalia & Madonna

Funeral service on Wednesday 15th November, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Hillsborough Seventh Day Adventist Church, Carriacou and interment at the Mt Pleasant Cemetery.
