Louise Phillip also known as “Leena” and “Tanty Lou”

Louise Phillip also known as “Leena” and “Tanty Lou” of Pomme Rose, who resided at Ballies Bacolet, St. David, passed away on Thursday 4 October, 2019 at the age of 58


She was the mother of: Rhonda Lisha Hollingsworth and Lee Phillip, Her Companion: Trevor Joseph, Sister of: Joslyn Hagley, Bernadette Phillip, Joseph Phillip, Keith Telesford, Nesta Sinette and Jude Phillip, Sister in law of: Benedict Hagley, Laura Sawney-Phillip, John Telesford, Ann Telesford, Susan Phillip, Rosa Telesford, Sidd Sinette, Wendy Agard, Carlyle and Matthew Joseph and Ann-Marie George


Niece of: Rosanna Joseph, Mother in law of: Steve Paterson, Many nieces and nephews including: Margaret, Vernessa, Beverly, Nikiesha, Kevin, Terry, Mark, Pauline, Esther, Antonia, Garfield, Kieshon and Hannifer Ross-Phillip


Other relatives and close friends including: Denise Mitchell, Denise Neckles, Lettie Bishop, Alison Knights, Brenda Duncan, Lady Gloria Williams, Pansy Gibbs, Venita Marryshow and Ann Peters and their families, Ms. Belly of Sauteurs, Alrick, Dominic Agard, friends and neighbours of Pomme Rose, Ballies Bacolet and surrounding areas


Funeral service on Tuesday 15th October, 2019 at 1:30 pm at the St. David’s Catholic Church and Interment at the St. David’s Catholic Cemetery



Please accept my deepest sympathy. May the God of all comfort strengthen you during this difficult time. He will soon end death once and for all time. A life of true happiness and peace awaits us all. (Revelation chapter 21 verse 4; Acts chapter 24 verse 15)


The Williams family of Maran, St. John's now residing in Toronto, Canada, is sending sincere sympathy to the entire family of Leena. Deepest sympathy especially to Mrs. Hagley and Bernadette. Leena is in the comfort of her creator but will be missed by all who knew her. She is resting in peace. Stay comforted that one day you will see your love one again. Stay strong for and with each other.
