Dellick Anthony Greenidge also known as “Jonesie”, “The Man Himself” and “Don’t Quit”
Dellick Anthony Greenidge, a former Bus Driver of the No. 1 Bus Route also known as “Jonesie”, “The Man Himself” and “Don’t Quit” of Windsor Forest who resided in Vincennes St. David and Hope City, St. Andrew passed away at his home on Sunday, February 23, 2025. He was 79 years old.
Dellick is survived by His loving wife: Bernadette Greenidge also known as “Mavis Andrews”, Children: Gwene Mensinga and Cecil Greenidge in Canada, Margaret Greenidge-Bain, Pearl Greenidge-Roberts, Fabian Greenidge, Ernest and Kevin Greenidge; Karlene Greenidge, Aaron and Kenesha Greenidge in Canada; Shanta Joseph; Denisha Bain; Mickalla Phillip; and Kaden George in Grenada.
Siblings: Diana and Terrence Greenidge, Adoptive Children: Ranel and Ruby Peters, His memory lives on in his Grandchildren Including: Shawn and Chadesha Mensinga; Dr. Denis Bain, Denique and Deneille Bain; Zenique and Zuriel Roberts; Josiah and Sharlene Greenidge; Kaiheba Clyne, Dr. Simone and Anderson Greenidge Jr; Sade Vincent, Zahara and Ernest Greenidge Jr; Olivia, Kel and Anderson Greenidge; Kedesha and Kellon Greenidge.
Nieces and nephews: Including Charles Curwen, Arlene Joseph, Paula and Paul Greenidge; Deborah Weekes, Sons and daughters-in-law: Denis Bain; Douglas Roberts; Hazel Ann; Natalie; Onicka; Ellene and Elizabeth.
Two (2) brothers-in-law; Fourteen (14) great grandchildren; the Greenidge families of Windsor Forest; Vincennes, Perdmontemps and Petite Bacaye; the Andrews family of Mt. Parnassus; several close relatives and friends throughout Grenada including the Bus Drivers on the No. 1 Bus Route.
Homegoing service at the Vincennes Pentecostal Lighthouse on Wednesday, March 26th, 2025 at 1:00 p.m, entombment at the Windsor Forest Cemetery.
