Cecelia Joseph neé Wellington also known as “Celestine Toussaint” of Concord, St. John who residing at Bonaire, St. Mark, passed away on Wednesday 24th January, 2024 at the age of 86

She was the mother of: Mary, Anthony, Everad and Margo, Sister of: Miriam Griffith and Claudia Parris, Aunt of many including: Patrice, Lordnell, David, Michelle, Eddie, Eunice,June and Dwayne Parris, Step-mother of: Brian Christopher

Mother-in-law of: Leevon Lawrence, Aunt-in-law of: Alister, Cleo, Alice, Cindy-Ann, Grand Aunt of: Many, Care givers : Gracelyn Fletcher and Evelyn Smith

Many cousins other relatives and close friends including: the Wellington of Gros Point and Concord, The Paul, Joseph, Mc Intosh family of Victoria, The Langaigne, Henry, Louison, Herry, Sandy, Lewis, and Honore of Concord. The Charles, Wilson, Elahie, and Graneau families of Bonaire friends and neighbours of Bonaire and surrounding areas

Funeral service on Monday 12th February, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Black Bay Church of Christ, St. John, Entombment at the Power Park Cemetery
