Catherine Matthew Alexis also known as “Miss Erica” of Gouyave Estate, St. John, passed away on Friday 30th June, 2023 at the age of 83

She was the mother of: Avis, Lissa, Brenda and Kenwin also known as “Ball head”, Grandmother of: Oscar, Darvin, Darvina, Karena, Janna, Laurie-Ann, Theron and Nisa, Great grandmother of: Kyle, Xaiya (pronounced Zai-ya), Lymon, Jne, Zion, Michael, Morgan, Ashley, Amari, Te-ya, Tje and Zade

Sister of: Ennis in Trinidad, Sylvia in England, Florence and Bernard in G’da, Many nieces and nephews including: Floris St. Louis, Nellis Mendes, Desiree Matthew and Raymond “Beast” Matthew

Other relatives and friends including: Ermin Raymond, Barbara Lewis, Maureen Lewis, Joy Chance, Chrispin Alexis, Shornel Douglas, Corene Mitchell, Priest and Parishioners of Florida Catholic Church, the Matthew, George, Alexis and Mendes families, neighbours and villagers of the Waterloo, Loretto, Gouyave Estate and surrounding communities

Funeral Service on Friday 21st July, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the St. Peter’s Catholic Church , Gouyave, St. John, Followed by Private Cremation
