Armstrong J. Bailey also known as “Smokie” of Coast Guard, St. Mark who resided in Brooklyn, NY, passed away on Monday, April 15th, 2024 at the age of 81

He was the Father of: Deslyn Gibbs in the USA and Desmond Jones in Grenada, Grand Father of: Antonio , Adrian, Ashley and Abby, Great Grandfather of: Amara

Brother of: Merthlyn Felix, Maudlyn Ogiste, Gertrude and Denese Bailey, Proudman Fletcher in England, Uncle of many including: Sergeant Deidre Bailey of NY Police Department, Dr.Sharon Mc Bain, Cheryl Robinson, Karen Ogiste, Skiter Modeste, Sallyann Haynes, Wendel Felix, Clifton Bailey, Roxann Ceaser and Trevor Modeste in Grenada, Brother in Law: Elias Felix in Trinidad.
