Una Byam also known as “Violet Neckles and Shark” of River Road, St. George’s who resided in Old Westerhall, St. David, passed away on Thursday 6th Marc, 2025 at the age of 81

She was the mother of: Hayden Neckles also known as “Banks”, Leston Neckles, Hilton Neckles, Sheldon Neckles also known as “Bully” and Kim Neckles all in Grenada, Petrina Neckles in Canada and Belinda Neckles in the USA

Sisters of: Monica Neckles and Sherman Byam in the Grenada, Dolores Goddard in the USA and Dianne Clarke in Canada, Grandmother of: Kimberlyn, Avah, Keston, Shimorey, Shirtonee, Kazim, Sheldona, Anun, Trisha, Darron, Akira, Natisha, Kadeem, Jamal, David, Trinity, Rasheed, Jamon, Karnisha, Trinice, Darrel and Darren, Great grandmother of: 7

Aunt of 19 including: Anica, Kenrick, Vanessa and Kerry, Mother-in-law of: Abiegail (who was also her caretaker), Cathy, Monica, Shirlyn, Carmen and Steve Badu

Funeral Service on Thursday 27th March, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Garden of Remembrance Crematorium Chapel, Cemetery Hill, St. George's according to Open Bible rites. Entombment at St. George's Center Cemetery
